City Hall will be closed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today for the funeral of Laguna Hills Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Parsons, who died Saturday from injuries stemming from a June 19 accident. Parsons’ funeral will begin at 10 a.m. today at the Calvary Chapel, 3800 S. Fairview St., Santa Ana. Information: (949) 707-2600.
