An annual food drive benefiting the Saddleback Community Outreach organization will wrap up next week. Containers set out at Clubhouses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and the fitness centers will be taken away July 6. The nonperishable food items will benefit the outreach’s charity efforts, including stocking up local food pantries and providing emergency shelters.
“Leisure World people have been very generous,” said Dottie Fredericks of Saddleback Community Outreach.
