From Times Wire Reports
Maryland Police were using auto-dialers to warn residents by phone about a man suspected of four murders who had evaded police for five days and was believed to be using survival tactics to live in the woods. The message was received by 1,700 households in the Bowleys Quarters area of eastern Baltimore County. It included a description of Joseph C. Palczynski, 31, who police think is still in the area where he allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend and killed four people. The ex-girlfriend escaped.
