Doctors Surgery Center Leases Space in Los Robles Professional Park

Los Robles Office Partners has leased an office at 339 S. Moorpark Road in Moorpark to Doctors Surgery Center of Westlake LLC for $1.2 million over seven years.
The 5,145-square-foot space is one of seven buildings that make up Los Robles Professional Park. The surgery center, which is scheduled to take occupancy in August, will use the premises for offices and surgical procedures.
The business park currently is undergoing a major renovation.
NAI Capital Commercial represented Los Robles Office Partners, which is owned by Metro Properties.
