The Police Department is holding a graduation ceremony for nine new members of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, bringing the membership to 48. The new members have received five weeks of training in department procedures and how to provide basic police service.
The graduation ceremony will be today at 3 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 10200 Slater Ave., Fountain Valley.
