City Atty. Thomas W. Allen will attend his last City Council meeting tonight. Allen is retiring after serving as in the post since 1985. He will be replaced by Greg Diaz, from the same law firm as Allen’s--Burke, Williams and Sorensen. Allen is also retiring as the city attorney of Los Alamitos. He and his wife intend to travel by boat to Alaska.
