Jerry’s Famous Deli Posts 4th-Quarter Gain

Jerry’s Famous Deli in Studio City reported net income for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31 of $498,000 contrasted with a net loss of $567,000 for the fourth quarter of 1998, company officials said.
Revenue dropped to $18.7 million from $19 million. For the year ended Dec. 31, the company reported net income of $910,000 contrasted with a net loss of $264,000 in 1998. Revenue for the year increased slightly to $70.7 million from $66.6 million.
Jerry’s Famous Deli operates a chain of 10 restaurants in California and Florida.
