The City Council is scheduled Tuesday to select 11 high school students to serve on the Youth Board. The board, initiated by Dana Hills High School students, will advise the council on youth issues, but it will not have voting power. Students have urged council members for more than a year to create the group. The council meets at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 210.
