* Shai Halbe has joined the Bentley Forbes Group as vice president and general counsel in the commercial real estate investment firm’s Century City offices. Halbe, a former senior associate at the law firm Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro, will be responsible for all business and legal affairs pertaining to Bentley’s commercial real estate transactions.
* Online film portal Ifilm has appointed Don Meek, former Sony Pictures Entertainment and US Interactive executive, as senior vice president, sales.
* Jim Dickson Realtors in Pasadena has promoted Michael Dilsaver to head its Premier Properties Estates Division, which was created to train agents how to market and sell high-end properties.
