3 Marines Charged in Harassment Inquiry

Three more Marine Corps instructors will be court-martialed on charges related to a sexual harassment scandal at a training base in Missouri, Corps officials said, bringing to seven the number of Marines charged in the matter.
Staff Sgt. Steve A. Rosario, 30, of Erie, Pa., is charged with fraternization with a student and sexual harassment; Staff Sgt. Bernard Smith, 29, of Chesterfield, S.C., is charged with fraternization and assault; and Staff Sgt. Kenneth Wilson, 34, of Anson, N.C., is charged with assault, officials said.
The charges involve alleged offenses by instructors against students at the Army’s Ft. Leonard Wood.
