DIVISION V: Riverside North (9-4) vs. Moreno Valley Valley View (9-4) at Norte Vista High, 7:30--A game away from the school’s first section title, Valley View has made a huge turnaround from last year’s 1-9 record under its second-year coach, Dan Barlage. Four times this season the Eagles have trailed with less than a minute to play and come back to win. North, which upset defending champion and top-seeded Corona Centennial in double overtime in the quarterfinals, is playing in its third section title game in Mark Paredes’ eight years as the Huskies’ coach. Look for the Morton twins to do some damage. Sophomore quarterback Dion hooked up with wide receiver Damon on a 79-yard pass play to defeat Temecula Valley, 14-13, in the semifinals. Valley View has a balanced offense with Waylan Gilliam-Smith rushing for more than 1,000 yards and Nick Jackson passing for more than 1,000.
