Significant Omission

Your article about Owen Wilson failed to mention the movie “Minus Man,” in which he played the central character and in which he clearly was the star (“Rewriting His Career Script,” by Lynn Smith, Dec. 2). As you ponder his range--comedy to war drama--you and your readers should be aware that when he is called upon to play a character who is a blank slate (he is a projection of whatever the people he meets want him to be, hence “minus man”), his performance as a complex psychopathic killer is awesome in its simplicity. Of all the current up-and-coming actors, he is ahead by much more than a nose.
