Children’s Choir Offers Holiday Music at Court

The Mound Elementary School children’s choir will perform Friday afternoon in Courtroom 10 at the Ventura County Hall of Justice.
At 12:15 p.m., the choir will perform holiday songs for about 20 minutes. Santa Claus will visit the Children’s Waiting Room and the Jury Assembly Room.
The choir performs year-round throughout the community. This will be the fourth year the Ventura school’s group has performed at the courthouse. The school also takes part in the court’s “Taking the Courthouse to the Schoolroom” program, a joint project of the county’s justice and educational systems.
