Re “A Dutch Treat for LACMA,” Dec. 7: Now that the Los Angeles County Museum of Art is in the mood to correct past mistakes, not only should the current buildings be razed but also the complex should be relocated to the culture corridor downtown. (There is an unsightly parking lot across from City Hall that could be a candidate.) This would allow the La Brea Tar Pits to become a park.
