Aid Sought in Finding Hit-and-Run Driver

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a hit-and-run driver who killed a pedestrian in Van Nuys.
Ann Klugman, 92, of Van Nuys was struck down while crossing the intersection of Vanowen Street and Woodman Avenue at 7:40 a.m. Sunday, said Los Angeles Police Det. Bill Bustos.
The driver’s vehicle was described as a brownish-green, four-door, 1992 Lincoln Town Car. Police ask that anyone who saw the incident call detectives at (818) 756-8391.
