Saturday vs. Washington State (4-4), Noon--UCLA (6-2, 1-0), which beat Washington, 85-79, in its Pacific 10 opener Thursday, has won 17 in a row against the Cougars, who are .500 by virtue of playing a weak schedule. Guard Marcus Moore averages 14.1 points and is shooting 50%, much better than last season’s 37.6%. Guard Mike Bush, averaging 10 points, also is a receiver on the Sun Bowl-bound football team.
