New Year’s Day Closings

* Mail: Post offices will be closed and no mail will be delivered.
* Banks: Banks and savings and loan institutions are closed.
* Courts: Closed.
* Schools: Closed.
* Government: All local, state and federal offices, except those providing emergency services, will be closed.
* Transportation: No SCAT bus or Metrolink service.
* Trash: Tuesday pickup will be delayed until Wednesday, and collections will be a day later through the week.
