Troy Group Inc., a Santa Ana payment systems provider, paid roughly $1.76 million cash and agreed to assume certain warranty liabilities to acquire an Idaho company’s printing solutions operations, according to a document filed Thursday with federal regulators.
Troy said in the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it purchased Boise and Herrenberg, Germany, operations from Extended Systems Inc., a Boise maker of mobile information management products.
The assets purchased include inventory, computer equipment, furniture and fixtures, certain patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, customer and supplier lists, and rights under certain contracts.
