* Healthsouth Corp., the largest U.S. operator of outpatient rehabilitation clinics, said fourth-quarter profit rose 26% to $76.9 million, or 19 cents a share, matching forecasts, as revenue grew 7% to $1.08 billion. Healthsouth said the number of patients treated at its facilities rose 6% and prices rose 2%. The company also renegotiated 35% of its managed-care contracts at higher reimbursement rates. Shares of Healthsouth fell 67 cents to close at $14 on the NYSE.
