St. Bonaventure’s Booker to Receive State Award

Lorenzo Booker of Ventura St. Bonaventure High will be announced as the Gatorade high school football state player of the year today, making him eligible for national player-of-the-year honors.
Booker, a senior, is the state career rushing leader with 8,035 yards. He has rushed for 2,403 yards and 42 touchdowns this season.
