Music Center Seeks Teen Arts Applicants

Southern California teenagers in the performing and visual arts are invited to apply for the 14th annual Music Center Spotlight Awards. Winners receive $5,000, and runners-up get $2,500.
The awards are intended to showcase and encourage the talent of promising young artists.
