Man, 45, Is Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Wife

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing his wife after an argument early Tuesday in their Santa Ana home, authorities said.
Police found Maria Quintana, 43, unconscious in a bed in the couple’s home in the 2600 block of West Adrian Way. She was pronounced dead at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
Jose Luis Morales Quintana, 45, who was in the house, reportedly told police that he had stabbed his wife. He is being held without bail at Santa Ana Jail.
