7,000 Dried Lizards Are Seized in Egypt

Egyptian customs agents seized 7,000 dried lizards from a Syrian passenger, airport officials said.
Ahmed Mahmoud Salem, who was about to board a plane to the Jordanian capital, Amman, said he was going to mix the lizards with honey to make an aphrodisiac.
He was allowed to leave. Authorities kept the lizards in Egypt.
