Man’s Shooting Death May Be Gang-Related

A 25-year-old man was shot to death early Monday in what police said was a gang-related shooting.
Ricky Vasquez of Santa Ana was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head in his home in the 100 block of Warner Avenue about 2 a.m., said Santa Ana Police Sgt. Baltazar De La Riva.
A friend who drove by Vasquez’s home called police after he noticed the front door open, stopped by and discovered Vasquez sprawled on the floor, De La Riva said. An investigation was continuing.
