Charges Dropped in Grading of Land for Rave

Charges were dropped Tuesday against a Quartz Hill man who allegedly leveled someone else’s land for a rave party, said officials with the district attorney’s office.
Stanley Edward McCullum, 43, had been charged with felony vandalism for allegedly grading property last summer that he had in escrow. But Deputy Dist. Atty. Flora Podratz said charges were dropped after officials determined they could not establish criminal intent.
