The Ovation Awards, L.A.’s peer-judged theatrical honors program, will be presented Nov. 23 at downtown’s Orpheum Theatre. Center Theatre Group’s Gordon Davidson and Deaf West Theatre’s Ed Waterstreet will receive special awards.
