* AFC East -- New England has clinched the division title, a first-round bye and home-field advantage.
* AFC North -- Baltimore can clinch division title with a win or tie, or a Cincinnati loss or tie. Cincinnati can clinch division title with a win and a Raven loss.
* AFC South -- Indianapolis has clinched playoff berth and can clinch division title with a win or a Titan loss, or Colts and Titans both tie. Tennessee has clinched playoff berth and can clinch division title with a win or tie and a Colt loss.
* AFC West -- Kansas City has clinched the division title and a first-round bye. Denver has clinched playoff berth.
* NFC East -- Philadelphia has clinched playoff berth and can clinch home-field advantage with a Ram loss. Dallas has clinched playoff berth.
* NFC North -- Minnesota can clinch division title with a win or a Packer loss, or if Vikings and Packers both tie. Green Bay can clinch division title with a win and a Viking loss or tie, or Packers tie and Vikings lose. Packers can clinch playoff berth with win and a Cowboy win or tie, or Packers win and Cowboys have better strength of victory than Seahawks.
* NFC South -- Carolina has clinched division title and will play first-round game.
* NFC West -- St. Louis has clinched division title, a first-round bye and can clinch home-field advantage throughout with a win. Seattle can clinch playoff berth with a Viking loss or tie, or a Packer loss or tie, or a Cowboy loss and Seattle has better strength of victory than Dallas.
