Honoring Noncitizens

“Honor Sought for Duarte Marine” (June 11) saddened me. I am retired from the U.S. Army, of Hispanic descent, and naturally it bothers me to hear of anyone killed in action. But there has been just too much brouhaha made of these noncitizens who were killed in action. What about the others who were killed who happened to be citizens? Rep. Hilda Solis (D-El Monte) should start representing all of her constituency instead of appeasing Mexican Americans and noncitizens.
