Man’s Body Found at Bottom of Cliff

The body of a man was found Wednesday at the bottom of a cliff, authorities said.
Four fishermen reported spotting the body about 2:30 p.m. at the base of the cliff near Hawthorne Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive West, said Sheriff’s Lt. Doreen Alcaraz.
The name of the man was withheld pending notification of relatives.
The cause of death had not yet been determined. Sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating, Alcaraz said.
