Holiday Closures

Tuesday is Veterans Day.
The following services will be affected:
Mail: All post offices closed; no mail delivery.
Government: All city government offices and courts closed. County government offices open.
Business: Banks, stock and commodity exchanges, and savings and loans closed. Some businesses also will be shut.
Libraries: Open
Transportation: Buses will run on regular schedules with the exception of Moorpark transit, which will not have service. Metrolink will run on its regular schedules.
Trash: Harrison Industries, G.I. Rubbish, Moorpark Rubbish and Consolidated Disposal Services will run on regular schedules. The cities of Oxnard, Santa Paula and Port Hueneme will have no service Tuesday and trash pickup will be delayed a day through the remainder of the week.
