Aguilera sued by photographer

Christina Aguilera, who sang the recent hit “Beautiful,” is being sued by a photographer who alleges that her bodyguard attacked him last year. Photographer David Keeler claims the bodyguard punched and kicked him after he shot Aguilera outside a Hollywood nightclub in May 2003. The suit seeks unspecified damages.

The singer’s representative said Wednesday that “Christina has no reason to believe that such an incident occurred, nor did she witness such an incident.”
