* Michael Martinez, Montebello: Made a half-court shot as time expired for a 59-57 nonleague victory over visiting Whittier La Serna. He finished with six points.
* Diamond Phelps, Pomona Ganesha: Scored 56 points, including 15 in overtime, in a 79-73 Anaheim Loara tournament victory over Downey Warren.
* Corbin Jung, San Marino: Had 45 points, including seven three-pointers, in a 64-45 Burbank Providence tournament second-round victory over Burbank Bell-Jeff.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
* Emily Luckeroth, Palm Desert: Had 34 points, seven rebounds and four assists in a 59-44 Hemet West Valley tournament victory over Hemet.
* Katie Appleton, Apple Valley: Scored 33 points in a 59-50 Rancho Cucamonga tournament victory over Ridgecrest Burroughs.
* Erica Inge, L.A. Dorsey: Had 26 points in a 56-47 nonleague victory over Granada Hills Kennedy.
