Wrongly Convicted Man Files Lawsuit

A man who served 13 years in prison before his murder conviction was overturned has filed a lawsuit claiming police framed him by manufacturing and withholding evidence.
In the suit, John Tennison said police and the prosecutor encouraged false testimony from two young girls who were the only witnesses against him. He also alleged that authorities concealed another man’s confession that would have exonerated Tennison.
