Pedestrian Dies; Motorist Flees

Police are searching for the driver who fled after hitting and killing a pedestrian in a Westminster intersection.
Luis Garza, 49, of Fullerton died at Huntington Beach Hospital from multiple injuries, police said.
Garza was in a crosswalk on Beach Boulevard near 13th Street at 11:37 p.m. Monday when he was hit by a white sport-utility vehicle or van, police said.
