The outfield wall of past Dodger greats is papered with advertising. Why waste space for retired numbers at the top of the pavilions when Coca-Cola, or “76” emblems would fit over them rather nicely too?

I really don’t mind the retro look of the new uniforms without the names. But please Frank, could you use the money saved to letter the rows in the top deck? It’s not my job to direct bewildered fans to their seats.

Speaking of seats, the red ones look like the originals from 1962. I guess that’s why they are still the cheap seats?

After paying for tickets, parking, $8 pints and skinny $4 Dodger Dogs, I don’t need to be told to “make noise” and “get loud.” Used to be that “Charge” on the organ was hint enough.

The L.A. Angels will feel right at home when they visit in May and see all the vendors wearing red. Think blue, Frank, Dodger Blue!

I admit to being spoiled by the O’Malleys, but for the first time since coming to the ballpark in 1962, I am in no hurry to return. I’ll watch my Dodgers at Petco Park.
