Either Way, It’s a Taste of Life in the Fast Lane

From Times Wire Reports

Oklahoma highway users wishing to call the state about electronic payment passes for toll roads were mistakenly directed to a sex hotline.

Oklahoma Transportation Authority spokeswoman Brigette Berglan said in Oklahoma City that the state’s turnpike authority had made an error in a letter sent to 41,000 people. One digit was wrong in the number for callers to seek advice on how to deal with toll gate payments.

Instead, they found themselves on a sex line where they could speak with “exciting people” for $2.99 a minute.
