Music, served steaming hot

This weekend, thousands of music industry executives, store owners, recording artists and others will gather in Anaheim for the annual National Assn. of Music Manufacturers trade show. Nearby in Fullerton, Steamers Cafe presents four nights of top-notch jazz, kicking off tonight with the West Coast All Star Jazz Guitar Collective, featuring Mundell Lowe, Joe Diorio, Frank Potenza and Ron Eschete. The reigning king of the Hammond B-3 organ, Joey DeFrancesco, makes the scene on Friday and Saturday. And the Four Freshmen will perform Sunday.
