Defense Rests in Trial of 2 Council Members

The defense rested Thursday without the defendants testifying in the trial of two city councilmen accused of taking illegal campaign contributions from the owner of a strip club.
Councilman Ralph Inzunza and Deputy Mayor Michael Zucchet are accused of receiving contributions from club owner Michael Galardi.
