Disaster preparedness: Cal State Fullerton’s lecture series begins today with “What We Should All Know About Natural Disasters.” Dennis S. Tax help: Free income tax assistance for low-income individuals, families and seniors is offered by Volunteer Income Tax Assistance at the Placentia Human Services office.
