State Controller Steve Westly attacks Treasurer Phil Angelides for being a Sacramento insider as though it’s a bad thing. I happen to like Sacramento.
The fact that Angelides was born and raised in Sacramento shouldn’t be a strike against him. Let’s use his homegrown talents to get things done for our beloved state.
