New judge: The syndicated TV series “Divorce Court” will have a new judge on the bench this fall: Lynn Toler, an attorney who served as an elected judge on the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court in Ohio, will take over for seven-season incumbent Mablean Ephriam.

The ‘King’ returns: “The Lion King,” which played to more than 2.3 million people during a 2000-03 run at the Pantages Theatre, is returning to the Hollywood venue for eight weeks, beginning Nov. 16.

Paying homage: Tony Butala, a founding member of the Lettermen, hopes to reopen the Vocal Group Hall of Fame this fall in Sharon, Pa., about 65 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. The site will display memorabilia from the more than 90 groups inducted into the hall, a list that includes the Andrews Sisters, the Four Tops and the Beach Boys. It has been closed for several years due to financial problems.
