A member of the Chino Valley Unified School District board was charged with conflict of interest and perjury for allegedly benefiting from a contract between the district and the company he worked for, the San Bernardino County district attorney’s office said Thursday.
Bobby Grizzle faces four felony charges stemming from the allegations. Grizzle is accused of steering district business to Boise Cascade/Office Max and of failing to accurately report his income at that company in his annual conflict-of-interest statements, which school board members are required to file, prosecutors said.
