‘Medium’ to return to Wednesdays

“Medium” will return to NBC’s schedule Nov. 15 in the 10-11 p.m. Wednesday time period that had been occupied by the first-year serialized drama “Kidnapped,” the network announced.
“Medium” was dropped from the schedule in May when NBC revised its initial fall schedule because of unexpected moves by some of its competitors. “Kidnapped” started the season in that spot but NBC said last week it was moving the freshman drama to 9 p.m. Saturdays because of declining ratings.
“Medium” stars Patricia Arquette as a part-time consultant who uses her psychic abilities to help prosecutors solve crimes. Arquette won the Emmy as best actress in a drama in 2005 following “Medium’s” first season.
