DeVry Sells West Hills Property for $36 Million

DeVry Inc. unit DeVry University, a for-profit educational institution, sold a building in West Hills for $36 million.
Before taxes and after paying to lease back the building at 22801 Roscoe Blvd., DeVry made $19 million on the Sept. 7 sale, the company said. The company plans to leave West Hills and move to a new site in the Sherman Oaks Galleria. The Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based company will continue to operate schools in Colton, Irvine, Long Beach, Pomona and San Diego.
