From Times Wire Reports
The European Union, in a move to fight climate change, agreed that by 2020, a fifth of the bloc’s energy would come from renewable sources such as the sun and wind.
The 27-nation EU also pledged to cut greenhouse gas emissions at least 20% from 1990 levels.
