Seven arrested at cockfighting site

Authorities have arrested seven men in connection with the discovery of 300 gamecocks believed to have been used in illegal cockfights.
The men were arrested in an unincorporated area of Livermore after Alameda County Sheriff’s investigators got a search warrant for the property. A cockfight was in progress when deputies arrived.
