“Bynum can now play without worrying about his future,” it said in the Nov. 1 Sports section.
Give me a break. He was already making $2.8 million a year. Give me that and I got enough for the rest of my life. Now he will be making $57.4 million over four years at the young age of 21. Now, I would not like to see him struggle and not be able to live well at, say, only $50 million. He might have to settle for a house with only 18 rooms instead of 21.
Andrew, we all wish we had your worries. In fact we would pay to have them.
