Update: The Clippers and Pistons are both 2-8 in their last 10 games. Ownership issues in Detroit were the big news this week as reports surfaced that Mike Ilitch’s proposed purchase of the Pistons hit a snag because of concerns over the franchise’s finances. Clippers rookie forward Blake Griffin, who fell hard after a hard foul from Elton Brand on Wednesday, did practice Thursday. The Clippers are 0-11 on the road this season.
