Here’s what we’ve deduced: Actor Jonny Lee Miller, star of “Elementary,” has listed a home in Hollywood Hills for $1.659 million.
The Spanish Revival-style house, built in 1936, features a beamed cathedral ceiling in the living room, a sunroom, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,832 square feet of living space. It is surrounded by oak trees, lawn and mature plantings.
In addition to playing Sherlock Holmes on “Elementary,” Miller, 40, has appeared on a season of “Dexter” in 2010 and in the films including “Hackers” (1995) and “Trainspotting” (1996).
He bought the property in 2009 for $1.56 million and leased it out last year, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The Times’ Mapping L.A. database considers the house to be in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood. The MLS, however, classifies the area as Los Feliz.
Barry Sloane and Marc Silver of Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.
