Scooter Braun offers up another home in Hollywood Hills

Scooter Braun, the talent manager for Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, among others, has listed a home in Hollywood Hills West for $11.6 million.
He recently sold the house next door for $3.925 million.
A koi pond entry with a floating-style walkway sets the stage for the dramatic 5,300-square-foot contemporary, which features floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that take in city, ocean and mountain views.
Two-story living, dining and family areas, a den, a home theater, an office, four bedrooms and five bathrooms are among the interior spaces. A spiral staircase leads to the loft.
A balcony overlooks the backyard, which contains a swimming pool, a spa, a fire pit and a cabana barbecue area.
Braun, 33, formed Raymond-Braun Media Group, a joint venture with the artist Usher, in 2008.
The property last changed hands four years ago for $5.7 million.
